About Holmes Point

Holmes Point is all about connecting with the outdoors.  You won’t find any sidewalks but what you find is lots of green spaces perhaps the greenest space along Lake Washington.  To the east of Holmes Point is Big Finn Hill Park, together with Saint Edward Park provides more than 10 miles for trails for the outdoors enthusiasts to enjoy hiking, biking, jogging and dog walking along the twisty and winding trails.

Holmes Point is a destination neighborhood in North Kirkland bordering the eastern Shores of Lake Washington.  Many of the homes have views of the lake and Olympic Mountains to the west.

Holmes Point is a very private wooded area with above average sized lots.  You still can find some beach homes cottages that were built as second homes in the early 1920s. Most of the growth has been after 1950. The housing mix is a nice blend of traditional architecture to custom northwest contemporaries.

Holmes Point is approximately 4 miles to Kenmore and 5.7 miles to down town Kirkland.  The Holmes Point community is close to major east side employment centers; Microsoft,Physio ControlEvergreen Medical CenterNorth Creek Business Park, and the University of Washington Bothell Campus.
