About Holmes Point
Holmes Point is all about connecting with the outdoors. You won’t find any sidewalks but what you find is lots of green spaces perhaps the greenest space along Lake Washington. Holmes Point is a destination neighborhood in North Kirkland bordering the eastern Shores of Lake Washington. Many of the homes have views of the lake and Olympic Mountains to the west.
Holmes Point is a very private wooded area with above average sized lots. You still can find some beach homes cottages that were built as second homes in the early 1920s.
