July’s housing number are continuing to improve for Lake Forest Park. The inventory of available homes for sale in the Lake Forest Park shows the fastest moving segment is houses priced from $298,000-400,000, homes in this range have an average market time of 68 days. Yearly inventory levels peaked in mid-June and are on the decline while prices have come off the bottom in March and have continued to trend upward.
